1. Acceptance of Terms: By using Tecno Fix services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Definitions:
o “Company” refers to Tecno Fix and its associated partners.
o “Customer” refers to any individual or entity using Tecno Fix services.
o “Gadget” means any electronic or smart device submitted for repair.
o “Third-Party Assistance” refers to services sourced from independent entities for repairs or parts.
3. Services Offered: We provide gadget repair, servicing, and online sales of electronic devices.
4. Booking & Cancellation:
o Bookings can be made online or in-store.
o Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
5. Warranty:
o Repairs come with the following warranties:
§ General repairs: Covered by a 12-month warranty.
§ Battery replacement: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty.
§ Liquid damage repairs: Covered by a 3-month limited warranty.
o Physical damage, liquid damage, surgically modified items, or data loss are excluded from any warranty. Any such damage as mentioned will void the warranty with no recourse of the prevailing issue or further damages.
6. Use of Third-Party Assistance:
o Tecno Fix may utilize third-party service providers for repairs or sourcing parts.
o Prior notification to the customer is not required when engaging third-party assistance.
o Premium third-party parts will be used unless genuine parts are explicitly requested and quoted by the customer.
7. Liability Disclaimer:
o Tecno Fix is not liable for any data loss during repairs.
o Customers are responsible for data backup prior to submitting their devices for repair.
o Tecno Fix does not guarantee data recovery from damaged devices.
o If item lost or stolen from the company’s premises, then no data restoration shall be provided which will be the primary responsibilities of the customer.
8. Payment Terms:
o Full payment is required upon completion of service or at the time of purchase.
o Online payments are processed through secure third-party gateways.
9. Customer Obligations:
o Customers must provide accurate information about their devices and issues.
o Any false claims may result in service refusal.
o All customers are expected to keep their data backed up. Company shall not be responsible for restoring the data, once lost or over ridden.
10. Limitation of Liability:
· Tecno Fix will not be responsible for any loss or damage beyond the repair service provided.
· Liability for device failure or other indirect consequences is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11. Dispute Resolution:
· Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be resolved amicably.
· Unresolved disputes will be referred to arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
12. Governing Law:
